Gemma Baird

Trained at Stageworx before gaining entry into Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Her theatre credits include: Miss Dilber and Mary in Scrooge (London Palladium), Les Miserables in which she understudied and played the role of Fantine (Palace Theatre and Queens Theatre), Tiffy in the workshop of The Dream Dealer (Bridewell Theatre), Little Sally in the UK workshop of Urine Town The Musical, The Title role in Sleeping Beauty (Oldham Coliseum and Gaiety Theatre, Ayr), and My Fair Lady (Larnaca, Cyprus).
She has recently landed the part of understudy to Summer Strallen as Maria in The Sound of Music at the London Palladium. You can read about it at www.thestage.co.uk
